The new design of Floating Nuclear plant (on concrete barges of about 200 or 300 m diam.) must be adjoin of NEW and ADDED hydro-electric WATERED TURBINES (more than the 4 original ones to maintain fix it in the sea), if design so first, when on the barge, the nuclear Reactor will be to old and stopped or false…!
The false or old reactor should be designed to be unbolted automatically by submarine robots and ripped under the barge to be receive by a special boat to transport it on oceans to the good abysses place. The open top of reactor will be recovered of a steel cover bolted for the falling down to the abysses
So, the reactor will be design at the center and the bottom of the barge, to be abandoned easily and without danger of pollutions in the abysses if used or melted down, no more useful and dangerous.
Effectively, the temperature of the bars of plutonium not refreshed deposed in the bottom (more than 2500 degrees) is enough hot to pierce the earth… (because, in a cement kiln, the bricks of refractories are pierced nearly at 1850 degrees if not ventilated) and that should made the reactor disparate forever in the magma !
So IF THE ENERGY PRODUCTIONS ALLOW IT, with new discovered solutions allowing TO AVOID NUCLEAR FLOATING REACTORS IN THE FUTURE…, the barge circular be equiped of lot of hydro-electric turbines to keep the barge useful enough.
It is the reason why theses barges must have to be studied, design with rayon concrete sectors with ballast and enough high to receive disposal of new orientable turbines in provisions holes of the sectors to place them.

Therefore, the countries which REFUSE Nuclear Reactor Plutonium Plants should be equipped with CIRCULAR FLOATING BARGES ONLY wit NATURAL POWER coming from the sea-currents and tides !!! It shoud “nearly” be THE SAME DESIGN !

Imagine lot of “boats” ( about 150 m long. and 70 m. larg.) build of concrete floating (out of order, but active anchored with ballasts) in mouth of big river, based in circular positions. Each boat have a rhomb form (upped view), with a long duct inside, equipped with two turbines of different sizes in front and in back openings. Each opening is open or close as the current of tide (or river) change.
The rotation doors of turbines apertures are like for doors of canal (lock), but opening to allow increasing high of water inlets, and turned, folded back toward each outer part of the boat shell, as the current come.
The boats with turbines can be positioned by four screwed pillars sinked down into mud (or more at the ends of doors turbines apertures to centre the flow coming face to the tubine inlet) to retain the boat in place when the turbines works.
The boat tide plant can change of place on their virtual dam position, as the current of river (or tide) is lower or high, because of space between the boat-plants changing.
To distribute electricity, it’s seems that electric cables in bottom of the sea may used, or satellites high frequencies to distribute electricity far away.
It is now important to research around the world (like for Mekong river in Vietnam), the countries with big rivers mouths and current or tide effects, leaked of energy (like Australia, but with big tide near Boome in his west part).
This solution is a manner to solve captation of different big current, like I discover it (young, in the fifties) it at the rain season in Cambodia for the Mekong, very very large along Pnom-Penh.
